- January 4, 1964
The Doctor, a time-traveling alien, and his companions make a bumpy landing on the planet Skaro. There, they discover a war-torn world where two alien races, the Thals and the Daleks, are battling for control. The Doctor and his companions try to stay neutral, but they soon learn that the Daleks are more dangerous than they originally thought.
In this episode, the Doctor and his companions find themselves trapped in the middle of the Dalek-Thal war. The Daleks, who initially appeared to be a harmless and friendly alien species, reveal themselves to be cold-blooded killers who seek only to destroy all non-Dalek life. The Doctor tries to reason with them, but they refuse to listen, insisting that the Daleks are the superior race.
As the war rages on, the Doctor and his companions begin to realize that they must take sides in order to survive. They join forces with the Thals, who are fighting for their survival against the Daleks. Together, they embark on a desperate mission to destroy the Daleks once and for all.
The Doctor and his companions face many challenges along the way, including navigating a deadly swamp and infiltrating the Dalek base. They also encounter the Dalek leader, who is determined to exterminate the Doctor and his companions. With bravery and ingenuity, the Doctor and his group fight their way through the Dalek defenses, until they reach the heart of their base.
In the final showdown, the Doctor and the Dalek leader face off in a battle of wits and strength. The fate of the Thals and the future of Skaro hang in the balance as the Doctor risks everything to defeat the Daleks once and for all.
As the episode ends, the Doctor and his companions bid farewell to the Thals and depart Skaro, vowing never to forget their experiences on the war-torn planet. They have learned that the universe is a dangerous place, full of unknown and unpredictable threats. But they also know that as long as they have each other and their unwavering determination, they can face anything that comes their way.
