Ep 1. 1. The Flash: Invasion!

Invasion! DC Crossover TV Event season 1 episode 1, titled "The Flash: Invasion!", begins with Flash enjoying life when he's interrupted by a call from Cisco Ramone. Cisco alerts him that there's an important problem that requires his attention, and he asks him to come to S.T.A.R. Laboratories. When Flash arrives, he learns that the aliens are coming and they plan on invading Earth.

The team at S.T.A.R. Laboratories uncovers more information about the aliens and their plans. They identify their leader as The Dominators, who have threatened mankind before and now seem intent on carrying out their plan. Flash is determined to stop them before they can succeed.

The team decides to contact Arrow, Supergirl, and the Legends of Tomorrow and create a plan to come together and fight off The Dominators. Soon after, Supergirl, Arrow, and the Legends of Tomorrow arrive in Central City. They all come together and begin to share information regarding The Dominators and their tactics.

Later in the episode, The Dominators show themselves and launch an attack on the city. The team bands together, and using their respective abilities, they are able to push back the aliens' attack. During the fight, Flash is able to get close enough to The Dominator's leader to communicate with him telepathically. The Dominator reveals that their reasons for invading are related to, and therefore concerns the known origin of Metahumans on Earth.

The episode ends with the heroes coming out victorious and saving Central City. The team is left ruminating on what will happen next, as The Dominators have revealed that they plan to return in larger numbers. Will they be able to push back the relentless alien invasion, or will they succumb to the aliens' might?
