Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List

Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List is a reality show from the Bravo network. The shows stars comedienne Kathy Griffin and follows her around as she deals with her hectic life. Kathy has an assistant named Tiffany and a tour manager named Tom whom she treats like family. Her mother, Maggie Griffin is frequently on the show. Maggie is over 90 years old and during the series, her husband John dies which devastates both her and Kathy.

Maggie loves her box of wine and often complains when Kathy makes jokes about Fox News, the Catholic Church and other celebrities. The two banter quite often. During the series, viewers get to see Kathy going to her various gigs. Her stand-up comedy act is featured a lot and she often has her celebrity friends drop by her home.

The show is very lighthearted and allows viewers to see Kathy being silly and serious at times. She has to deal with the end of her marriage, weight issues, the death of her dog and the loss of her father. Kathy often refers to the D list. This is a list that she has said that she is on since she is not an A or B list celebrity.

  • Kathy's in need of a better cash flow so she decides to capitalize on her mother's growing fame. She has a range of ideas and needs help from Suze Orman in order to get things off the ground.

The relationship can be traced back to late September when Kathy tweeted a picture of the duo embracing, saying he's "super hot."

More recently the two have been seen around Hollywood and they shared intimate moments at the Costume Designers Guild Awards, whispering and smooching.

Comedian Kathy Griffin has decided to end her Emmy Award-winning Bravo show Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List.

According to a report by People, Kathy said, "It was a really tough decision because I think of the D-List as pretty much my baby for the last six seasons and I also think it was really time to stop doing it"

Griffin, 50, went on saying, "Reality is great, but I really didn't set out to be a reality star.
