Ep 6. Rocky Road

Kevin (Probably) Saves the World is an American comedy-drama television series that aired on ABC from October 2017 to March 2018. It follows the story of Kevin Finn (Jason Ritter), a once selfish and aimless person, who is recruited by a celestial being named Yvette (Kimberly Hebert Gregory) to save the world. In season 1 episode 6 named Rocky Road, Kevin faces a new challenge that brings out his strengths and inner demons.

Back at the bakery, Kevin's moral compass is put to the test when he runs into a former employee of Kristin's bakery, who was fired for stealing. The employee apologizes and asks for a second chance, but Kevin is hesitant to give it to him. However, Kevin's conversation with the employee makes him realize that he cannot fix everything by himself and that he needs to trust others to help him.

Kevin reaches out to his friends and family, who come together to help him save the bakery. Reese contributes to the bakery with her homemade cookies, while Amy and her husband help Kevin clean and decorate the bakery. Kevin's kindness towards the former employee pays off, and he helps Kevin to bake and sell some incredible cupcakes.

In the end, Kevin's efforts pay off, and he saves Kristin's bakery from getting shut down. He also learns a valuable lesson that he cannot save the world alone and that he needs to trust the people in his life. Yvette learns the same lesson and realizes that she cannot distance herself from Kevin.
