Ralphie, who recently underwent gastric bypass surgery, struggles with his new diet and the temptation to overeat. Lahna, on the other hand, tries to manage her insecurities surrounding their age gap.

Lastly, Jessica "Jess Hilarious" and her partner, Chris, have an epiphany. After a heated argument, they realize that they have not been happy in their relationship and decide to take a break from each other.
