Adam Richman travels to San Antonio, Texas, for the latest episode of Man v. Food. Known for its rich history, culture, and vibrant food scene, San Antonio is a mecca of gastronomic delights. Adam begins his culinary adventure at B&D Ice House, a classic Texas barbecue joint that serves up some of the best smoked meats in the city. He tries the brisket, sausage, and pork ribs, and also gets to sample the restaurant's famous potato salad and warm peach cobbler.

Next, Adam heads to Guajillo's, a Mexican restaurant that specializes in traditional dishes from the region of Guadalajara. He tries their signature dish, the birria, a spicy stew made with tender goat meat, and also gets to taste some of their homemade tortillas and fresh guacamole. From there, Adam visits Mi Tierra, a famous family-owned restaurant that has been serving up Tex-Mex classics since 1941. He orders the machacado con huevo, a hearty breakfast dish made with scrambled eggs, shredded beef, and fresh tortillas.

Adam's next stop is the iconic River Walk, a picturesque pedestrian path that winds along the banks of the San Antonio River and is lined with shops, restaurants, and bars. He stops at the infamous Dick's Last Resort, a rowdy and irreverent chain restaurant that is known for its tongue-in-cheek humor and outrageous insults. Adam orders the "Big Ass Burger," a massive two-pound behemoth that he must finish in under an hour to earn a spot on the restaurant's Wall of Shame.

For his final challenge, Adam heads to Chunky's Burgers, a local joint that has gained nationwide fame for its gargantuan burgers and over-the-top toppings. He tries the "Four Horsemen," a burger that is piled high with jalapenos, habaneros, serranos, and ghost peppers - some of the spiciest peppers in the world. Adam must finish the burger in under 25 minutes to avoid having his name added to the restaurant's Wall of Shame.

Throughout the episode, Adam also indulges in some of San Antonio's other culinary delights, including a classic puffy taco, fresh churros, and a refreshing margarita. As always, he meets with local chefs, foodies, and personalities who share their insights and tips on navigating the city's food scene.

Man v. Food season 6 episode 18 is a mouthwatering showcase of San Antonio's rich and diverse culinary landscape, featuring all of the flavors, textures, and spices that make this city an absolute must-visit destination for food lovers.
