Mapleworth Murders is a comedic murder mystery show about a bored homemaker, Abigail Mapleworth (played by Paula Pell), who becomes an amateur detective in her small town of New Woodstream.

Episode 8, titled "Killer Voices (2)", is a continuation of a two-part episode that started in the previous episode. In this episode, Abigail and her trusty sidekick, Deputy Charlie (John Lutz), continue their investigation into the murder of music teacher and choir director, Leonard Glover (played by Horatio Sanz).

After discovering a hidden message in Leonard's choir score and realizing that his killer might be someone connected to the choir, Abigail sets her sights on the members of the choir. Along the way, she has to contend with her own insecurities as a detective and deal with the return of a former flame, Detective Hardcastle (J.B. Smoove).

As Abigail and Deputy Charlie interview the choir members, they come across a range of eccentric characters, from a nervous soprano to a gruff bass. Meanwhile, Detective Hardcastle is convinced that the case involves a complicated conspiracy and tries to convince Abigail to leave the investigation to the professionals.

Despite Hardcastle's warnings, Abigail persists in her investigation and manages to uncover a surprising twist that reveals the true motive behind Leonard's murder. Along the way, she also learns an important lesson about confidence and trusting in her own abilities as a detective.

Overall, "Killer Voices (2)" is a fun and entertaining episode that continues the show's winning formula of blending murder mystery with comedy. With its quirky characters and witty dialogue, Mapleworth Murders is a must-watch for fans of both genres.
