Ep 12. Under Siege

Detectives in small towns are faced with a daunting task of solving murders where the people involved are often known to each other. This is the premise of the show Murder Calls, and the latest episode, Under Siege, in Season 3, follows this pattern.

They find that the man had indeed been targeted by someone who was close to him, someone who knew his habits, routines and quirks, which helped them gain entry to the house without raising suspicion.

Through interviews with family members and associates, the detectives discover a possible motive for the attack, which had to do with an old grudge that the attacker held against the husband. The details of this grudge surprise the detectives, who begin to put together a picture of what happened, and why.

The episode is full of suspense and intrigue, with twists and turns in every scene. The detectives are able to gather enough evidence to bring the attacker to justice, which is a testimony to their grit and determination in a challenging environment.
