Usa-P and his friends are backed into a corner when a mysterious Tombo-E Girl steals all their Fan-C Cards. They are desperate to uncover the identity of the mysterious girl and get their Fan-C Cards back. Meanwhile, Komugi and her friends have come to see Lilia's concert at the Tokyo Skydome at her invitation. However, a monster appears during the concert! Who is the mysterious Tombo-E Girl? Will they be able to get back their Fan-C Cards? And will Komugi and her friends be able to save Lilia?!
