Others take a more light-hearted approach, creating ridiculous mustache designs and shaving the rest of their face.

The competition heats up as the employees compete to raise the most funds, with Mr. Johnson leading the charge. However, unexpected drama arises when it is revealed that one employee, Tim, has been accepting donations from his family and friends who live outside of the country. This leads to a heated debate about whether or not these donations should count towards the competition.

Meanwhile, Karen's disappointment about women not being allowed to participate in Movember leads her to create her own charity event for women's health. She rallies her fellow female coworkers to participate in a run to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer.

As the month comes to a close and the mustaches are shaved off, the employees gather to announce the winner of the Movember competition. In a surprising twist, it is revealed that Steve, the IT specialist, has raised the most money and won the bet with Mr. Johnson. Moved by Steve's bravery in sharing his personal struggles with prostate cancer, many of the employees donate their prize money to Men's Health Foundations.
