Ep 3. Heat 3

In Robot Wars season 1 episode 3, titled "Heat 3", the competition heats up as eight more teams bring their remotely controlled robots to battle it out in the arena.

The episode begins with a group battle between four robots: Crusader 2, GBH 2, Killertron, and Recyclopse. Each team puts up a strong fight, with various weapons and strategies at play. Recyclopse, with its spinning blade, manages to land the final blow on Crusader 2, securing its spot in the next round.

Next, we see a one-on-one battle between Chaos 2 and T.R.A.C.I.E. Chaos 2, a flipper robot with powerful pneumatic arms, dominates the match by flipping T.R.A.C.I.E. around the arena multiple times. With no way to self-right, T.R.A.C.I.E. is left immobilized and Chaos 2 moves on to the next round.

The third battle features Pitbull and Wheelosaurus. Pitbull, equipped with a hydraulic crusher, attempts to go after Wheelosaurus' wheels, while Wheelosaurus, with its spiked disc, tries to take out Pitbull's weapon. The match is evenly matched, but a critical mistake by Wheelosaurus leads to its defeat as it accidentally backs into the pit, ending the match in Pitbull's favor.

Finally, the last battle of the episode is between Napalm and Sting. Napalm, with its flamethrower and bulldozer blade, faces off against Sting, which has a powerful saw blade. Napalm manages to trap Sting in a corner, using its bulldozer blade to push it around while also firing its flamethrower. Ultimately, Napalm secures the victory by pushing Sting into another corner and immobilizing it with its blade.

In addition to the battles, the episode also features interviews with the team members, providing insight into the design and construction process of their robots. Overall, "Heat 3" is another action-packed episode of Robot Wars, showcasing the diverse weapons and strategies used by each team as they vie for the title of champion.
