Five female rappers from across the United States come together in the first episode of Sisterhood of Hip Hop, titled "Femme-C's (Pilot)". The show focuses on their journeys as they try to make their mark in the male-dominated world of hip hop.

We are introduced to the five women, Siya, Brianna Perry, Diamond, Bia, and Nyemiah Supreme. Each of them has a unique background and story to tell. Siya, from Brooklyn, has a rough upbringing and was in and out of foster care. Brianna Perry, from Miami, is a former child prodigy who started rapping at a young age. Diamond, from Atlanta, was a member of the group Crime Mob before branching out on her own. Bia, from Boston, is a self-described "tomboy" who wants to break into the mainstream. Nyemiah Supreme, from Queens, is a former backup dancer who has been writing and performing her own music for years.

The first episode primarily focuses on Siya, as she meets with her mentor, rapper and record executive Tank. Siya has been given the opportunity to perform at a showcase in front of industry professionals, and Tank is there to help her prepare. However, Siya is nervous about the performance and feels pressure to prove herself as a female rapper in a genre dominated by men.

Meanwhile, Brianna Perry is busy promoting her new mixtape and is dealing with the fallout from her latest single. The song has been criticized for being too commercial and lacking authenticity, and Brianna feels like she is being pulled in different directions. She wants to be true to herself and her roots, but also wants to make it in the industry.

Diamond is also dealing with the pressure of success, but in a different way. She is trying to balance her music career with her personal life, including her relationship with her girlfriend, Santos. Santos is supportive of Diamond's career but wants her to be more present in their relationship. Diamond is torn between following her dreams and staying true to her relationship.

Bia and Nyemiah Supreme, the two newer artists in the group, are still finding their footing. Bia is determined to make it big and impress the industry professionals, but is struggling to find her voice. Nyemiah Supreme, on the other hand, is more confident in her abilities but is dealing with a lack of support from her friends and family.

The episode culminates in the showcase, where Siya, Brianna, Diamond, and Bia all perform in front of a packed crowd. Nyemiah Supreme is unable to make it due to other commitments. Each of the women brings their own unique style and energy to the stage, and the audience responds positively. However, the industry professionals in attendance have mixed reactions. Some are impressed by the women's talent and potential, while others are skeptical of their ability to make it in the industry.

Overall, "Femme-C's (Pilot)" sets the stage for an engaging and compelling season of Sisterhood of Hip Hop. The show does an excellent job of showcasing the struggles and triumphs of female rappers and offers an inside look at a world that is often closed off to outsiders. With engaging personalities and compelling storylines, this show is a must-watch for fans of hip hop and reality television alike.
