Ep 7. Synara's Score

In "Synara's Score," the seventh episode of Star Wars Resistance season 1, we are reintroduced to Synara San, a newcomer to the Colossus platform, who first caught the attention of Kaz in episode 4. Kaz has been suspicious of Synara ever since he discovered that she's a pirate, but in this episode, we learn more about her past and her motivations.

The episode begins with Kaz's new boss, Captain Doza, asking for his help to retrieve a shipment of hyperfuel that was stolen by pirates. Kaz sees this as an opportunity to gather more information about Synara, who he thinks might be involved in the theft. He enlists the help of Neeku, and the two of them set off to investigate.

Meanwhile, Synara is tasked by Kragan, her pirate captain, to retrieve the stolen hyperfuel from her former pirate crew, who she betrayed in order to join the Colossus. She's conflicted about whether or not to go through with the plan, as she's grown attached to the people on the platform.

Kaz and Neeku eventually discover that Synara is indeed involved in the theft, and they confront her about it. She admits to her involvement and reveals that Kragan has her brother hostage and is demanding that she retrieve the hyperfuel in exchange for his release. Kaz sympathizes with Synara and offers to help her come up with a different plan, one that doesn't involve stealing from the Colossus.

Together, they hatch a plan to fake a hyperfuel spill, which will allow them to sneak the stolen hyperfuel off the platform without anyone noticing. They enlist the help of Tam, who provides them with a distraction by pretending to have a meltdown in the middle of a repair job. The plan works, and Synara is able to deliver the hyperfuel to Kragan, who releases her brother in exchange.

The episode ends with Synara expressing her gratitude to Kaz for helping her and admitting that she's not sure where her loyalties lie anymore. She's torn between her loyalty to the Colossus and her loyalty to the pirates who have become like family to her.

"Synara's Score" is a thrilling episode that delves deeper into the character of Synara San and raises some interesting questions about loyalty and morality. It also features some great action sequences and showcases the strengths of the show's talented voice cast. Fans of Star Wars Resistance won't want to miss this episode.
