Mark takes Lyndey through the process of collecting honey from his hives, and explains how the unique flora of Forbes gives the honey a distinct flavor. Lyndey also gets a chance to sample some of Mark's honey, which she uses to create a delicious dessert with local chef Steve Little.

The final stop on the tour is the Forbes Farmer's Market, where Lyndey samples some of the best local produce Forbes has to offer. She chats with local growers and producers, trying everything from locally grown fruits and vegetables to handmade cheeses and chocolates.

Throughout the episode, Lyndey showcases the unique local produce of Forbes, which is often overlooked in favor of more well-known culinary destinations. She also highlights the tight-knit community of Forbes, where local farmers, producers and chefs work together to create a culinary scene that is truly one-of-a-kind.
