Ep 1. Never Say Xever

In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Plan of Attack, season 1 episode 1, Never Say Xever, we are introduced to our four favorite turtles, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Donatello, who are on the lookout for trouble in the city. They come across a group of thugs robbing a jewelry store, but they soon realize that these thugs are not ordinary humans. They are mutants working for the evil Shredder, who is trying to take over the city.

Our heroes manage to defeat the mutants, but they soon discover that the thugs were carrying special canisters of mutagen, which could be used to create more mutants. They deduce that Shredder is working on a new scheme and head out to find more information about his plans.

While roaming the city, the turtles run into a street artist named April O'Neil, who is trying to get her big break. She catches their attention, and they realize that she could help them gather information on the street. Meanwhile, Shredder is furious over his loss and orders his minions to retrieve the canisters of mutagen.

The turtles and April find themselves in a dangerous situation as they come face-to-face with Shredder's henchmen, the Foot Clan. They are ambushed, and after a heated battle are forced to retreat. However, the canisters of mutagen fall into the hands of the thugs, and the turtles are left to come up with a new plan to stop Shredder.

The turtles decide to visit their sensei, Master Splinter, who instructs them to search for a renowned scientist named Baxter Stockman, who could help them create an antidote for the mutagen. In their search for Stockman, the turtles find themselves in the clutches of another of Shredder's minions, a mutant fish known as Xever.

In an intense battle with Xever, the turtles use their ninja skills, and with April's help, they are able to retrieve the canisters back. They also manage to capture Xever, who reveals that Shredder's plan is to create an army of mutants to take over the city. The turtles realize that they need to act fast to stop Shredder.

At the end of the episode, we see Shredder preparing to use the canisters of mutagen to create a new mutant, one that will pose a significant threat to the turtles and the city. It's a cliffhanger that leaves us eagerly anticipating the next episode of the series.
