Ep 3. Chapter 3

In The Rook season 1 episode 3, named "Chapter 3," protagonist Myfanwy Thomas continues to unearth more information about her past life as a high-ranking member of the Checquy, a secret organization of people with supernatural abilities tasked with protecting Britain from otherworldly threats.

As Myfanwy delves deeper into her memories, she realizes that her former mentor, Linda Farrier, may have played a role in erasing her memories and orchestrating her supposed defection to a rival organization, the Grafters. With the help of fellow Checquy agent Ingrid Woodhouse, Myfanwy sets out to investigate further and confront Farrier.

Meanwhile, fellow Checquy member Gestalt is entrusted with protecting a Russian prisoner with valuable information on a dangerous new weapon. However, things take a turn for the worse when the prisoner escapes and Gestalt must use all of its powers to track him down.

In another storyline, Myfanwy's estranged twin sister, Bronwyn, is introduced and becomes embroiled in a series of dangerous events, including an encounter with a group of mysterious beings known as the Lugat.

As the episode unfolds, the complex world of The Rook continues to expand, with new characters and plotlines adding to the intrigue. With more questions than answers, Myfanwy must navigate a dangerous landscape filled with both allies and enemies, all while piecing together the fragments of her former life.
