Ep 5. Episode 5

Aine is struggling to control her emotions in This Way Up season 1 episode 5. She is feeling angry and frustrated with everything going on in her life. When she discovers that her sister Shona has been trying to set her up with a guy, she becomes even more upset and lashes out at her. Aine is trying to take control of her life, but everything seems to be overwhelming her.

Meanwhile, Shona is dealing with her own issues. She is having relationship problems with her boyfriend Vish, and is also struggling to balance her job and her personal life. When Aine finds out about Vish's cheating, she tries to be there for her sister, but struggles with her own feelings of jealousy and loneliness.

Aine's therapy sessions with Richard continue in this episode, and she is starting to make progress. However, she still suspects that Richard is attracted to her, which makes their sessions awkward and uncomfortable. She confides in her friend Charlotte about her suspicions, but Charlotte is skeptical and thinks that Aine is just projecting her own feelings onto Richard.

As Aine continues to navigate her way through her emotions, she finds herself drawn to her co-worker, Richard. The two of them start to develop a deeper connection, but Aine is hesitant to pursue a relationship with him due to her previous experience with dating a co-worker. She also worries that her mental health issues will make it difficult for her to maintain a healthy relationship.

As the episode comes to a close, Aine is faced with a difficult decision. She must decide whether or not to pursue a relationship with Richard, and whether or not to forgive her sister for trying to set her up.
