You'll go through a number of sequences that aim to settle your breathing, naturally cleanse your body and master the given yoga postures. Designed for all levels, postures can be modified to be more challenging as needed, or you can remain at the basic level for a comfortable practice. No matter what you choose, if you remain consistent, you're that much closer to feeling well about yourself.
