Ep 12. Planes, Trains and Codymobiles

Chris Mclean, the host of Total Drama World Tour, introduces the 12th episode of season 2, named "Planes, Trains and Codymobiles." The episode begins with the contestants, still exhausted from their previous challenges, arriving at an airport runway in Australia.

Chris reveals that the challenge for today is for the contestants to travel from Australia to Egypt by any means necessary, with the first team to arrive winning the challenge. The catch, however, is that the teams have to split up: one half will travel by plane, the other half by train. The last member of each team will get to ride in a self-constructed vehicle called a "Codymobile."

The teams quickly strategize and split up, forming two groups: the plane group consisting of Alejandro, Heather, Lindsay, and Tyler, and the train group consisting of Cody, Sierra, Owen, and Gwen. Each team member chooses a means of transport that they believe will get them to Egypt the fastest.

As the plane group takes off, Alejandro utilizes his charisma to distract the flight attendant and secure first-class seats for the group. However, their plane encounters a storm and Heather's fear of flying takes over, prompting her to cause chaos on the plane. Meanwhile, the train group thinks they have an advantage until they realize the train they are on is a slow-moving tourist train with frequent stops.

As the teams make their way to Egypt, Cody takes charge in constructing the Codymobile, a makeshift vehicle made out of a shopping cart and various other items. Sierra, however, becomes a distraction for Cody, continually interrupting with her affections.

The plane group, now behind due to the storm, decides to use a parachute to jump out of the plane and land in the Nile River in Egypt. Meanwhile, the train group has to overcome obstacles such as a herd of camels blocking the tracks and a delay due to a tea break. Cody, however, comes up with a genius idea to use the train to launch the Codymobile, taking advantage of the train's speed to gain momentum and cause their vehicle to fly through the air.

As the teams arrive in Egypt, Alejandro and Heather use their charm to hitch a ride on a camel, while the Codymobile crashes into a pyramid. In the end, it is the plane group that wins the challenge, arriving first in Egypt. The train group arrives shortly after, but the Codymobile's crash causes their team to lose.

As the losing team heads to the elimination ceremony, tension arises between Sierra and Cody, causing Sierra to go into a fit of rage when she is eliminated. The episode ends with a preview of the next challenge, leaving audiences on the edge of their seats for the next installment of Total Drama World Tour.
