Watching TV Shows and Movies

How do I watch a TV Show episode?

All you have to do is either search for the TV show you are looking for, or go to the TV show page and find the show in the directory.

Once on the show you are looking for, the episode guide is organized by season and by episode. Click on the title of the episode you want to watch, then click on any of the links that are listed to begin watching the episode.

You can easily identify which episodes are available to watch via the blue and white play button located next to the provider logo.

How much does Yidio cost?

Our basic service is free that helps you search & discover videos online across hundreds of content providers, and is ad supported. Yidio does not charge for our basic services, but do offer Yidio Premium upgrade, which removes ads from the Yidio experience and other premium features, which has a charge after a 7 day free trial.

As for videos, some TV Shows and Movies may be free, some may be purchased video on demand or some may require a subscription. Each will be labeled next to the right of the blue and white play button and provider logo with their cost.

How do I cancel a trial subscription?

Sorry to hear your having issues. Yidio does not charge for our base services, but do offer Yidio Premium upgrade, which removes ads from the Yidio experience. We help you decide what and where to watch TV shows and movies across hundreds of different providers.
If you have signed up for one of the many free trials (such as Amazon, Netflix, or Hulu) we advertise on site, and would like to cancel that trial, please reach out to the partner directly and inform them of your desire to cancel.
Otherwise,If you have signed up to Yidio Premium, the account is initially set to auto-renew after the initial 7 day free trial.
There are a couple ways to cancel Yidio Premium before the 7 day free trial expires:
- If you signed up for Yidio Premium inside of our Yidio Android app and would like to cancel, you only have to visit your Google Play subscriptions listed in the Google Play Store app. You can see detailed instructions here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481
- If you signed up for Yidio Premium inside of our Yidio iOS app and would like to cancel, you only have to visit your iOS subscriptions listed in the iOS Store app. You can see detailed instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

- If you signed up for Yidio Premium on our website (http://www.yidio.com) and would like to cancel, you only have to visit the Settings page under My Account in the top right and go to the "Yidio Premium" tab.

How can I delete my account with Yidio?

You can delete your account anytime quickly. If you are absolutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!

I can't login, or I forgot my username or password.

If you can't login, check to make sure that your "caps lock" key is off. Your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Also please try to login with Facebook. If you still cannot login, you can request to reset your password or contact us.
