Adam Lambert to Judge on 'American Idol' for Kids, 'Majors & Minors'

Adam Lambert to Judge on 'American Idol' for Kids, 'Majors & Minors' Adam Lambert has already been in front of judges when he made his way to the finals of "American Idol" a few seasons back. But Lambert will soon find himself behind the judge's table when he makes his appearance on The Hub's "Majors & Minors."

Lambert is one of a number of performing artists signed on to judge on the show, which is a talent competition in the vein of "American Idol." As the show is on kid's network The Hub, the contestants will all be younger kids, coached by older, more experienced artists...hence the title "Majors & Minors."

Lambert joins a large roster of stars who are set to appear on the show as judges. Avril Lavigne and Colbie Caillat were also recently announced, and join Brandy, Sean Kingston, Leona Lewis and One Republic's Ryan Tedder as guest judges. "American Idol" alum Jordin Sparks will also make an appearance.

The series will premiere on September 23 on The Hub.
