40 M Under is a film about dancing. The film is foreign and therefore has subtitles. However, because the film is about dancing, dancing is what you should expect. The film follows a few of the dancers in an "underground" troupe. The term underground is pretty appropriate in that the film name 40M Under stands for 40 meters underground. The dancing troupe performs different routines and practices in a basement.
