Watch African Food Adventures Bream

The focus of this travel documentary is the freshwater fish known as bream, which in the wild inhabit rivers, lakes and ponds where they feed on nutritionally-rich algae. In the town of Kariba, Zimbabwe, bream are cultivated on farms. Viewers are invited to tour this fish farming operation in addition to learning a variety of ways in which bream fillet are prepared stuffed as well as skin-on as a dinner delicacy.
