Bloodsport III is a 1996 martial arts action film directed by Alan Mehrez and starring Daniel Bernhardt as the lead character, Alex Cardo. It is the third installment in the Bloodsport film series, following the success of the previous two films. The movie opens with Alex, who has won several martial arts competitions, being sent to Japan to train and represent the United States in the Kumite, a secret and illegal martial arts tournament.
