Watch Culinary Travels: Hong Kong - Heaven for Foodies

This brief food documentary film was released in 2010. The documentary follows chef David Ekhert as he heads to Hong Kong to explore the rich and diverse cuisine there. In Hong Kong, Ekhert meets up with a number of chefs who explain the culture and cuisine of Hong Kong. Markets offering fresh fish, vegetables, fruits and spices are visited and are the source for many of the best dishes in Hong Kong cuisine. A traditional breakfast called Yum Cha is explored. Host David Ekhert then heads to some of Hong Kong's most famous restaurants and ends his trip with a stay at one the premier hotels in Hong Kong, which is also renowned for its food.
