Once the third body shows up the authorities know they are dealing with a serial killer. They have no leads and no way to track down the killer. The police are desperate to solve the cases before the killer strikes again. These police will come to know they are facing the most lethal killer ever known.

This movie is about a town where a serial killer stalks his prey. The authorities come to the realization the killing has just begun.
