Watch First Platoon: The U.S. Marines In Snow Country

The U.S. Marines are known for fighting their country's battles on the land, the sea and in the air. But they can also fight in the snow. Follow a platoon of Marines as they undergo cold weather training north of the Arctic Circle in Norway. Not only do they learn what it takes to fight and survive in extreme cold and snowy conditions, but they are also put to the test when they engage in mock combat with the Norwegian military's best soldiers, the White Death Ski Troops.
