Watch Identities

Identities is a biography documentary film that was released in 2008 in Ireland. The film takes a look at five different people who are all transgender, and live in Ireland. The film explores what their lives are like, and the various issues they have to deal with. This includes such things as establishing gender identity, sex, and relationships. In addition, it also examines the struggles of the transgender community to find a place in Ireland, which is still a largely rural country. The film closes by showing what each one of the five people are going to have to do next in order to find acceptance in their culture.
