Writer/filmmaker Josh Freed has been an insomniac since age two and is this documentary sets out on a quest to find a remedy for his lifelong ailment. Through interviews with sleep scientists, specialists, fellow insomniacs, and even Josh's own mother give some insight into the lengths that insomniacs will go to find a solution to their problem, and which ones are the most viable.
