Inuit Odyssey is a documentary that follows anthropologist Niobe Thompson on a circumpolar expedition of the Arctic. He also describes the origins of the modern Inuit. The viewer learns about the ancient Thule, who lived in Siberia and conquered much of the Arctic. They were also ancestors of the modern Inuit. They eventually clashed with the Vikings in Greenland -- and the Vikings lost.
