Watch Journey into Self

For Journey Into Self, a support group was formed with the plan of eight well-adjusted people attending. The eight people had never met one another before and did not have any noteworthy mental issues. The group was quite mixed; there were three businessmen, a theology student, a cashier, a housewife, a teacher and a principal. Two psychologists were also present to head the meeting. Journey Into Self covers the interesting topics and discovery about themselves and one another that went on throughout this 16-hour group therapy session.
