A regular of the Verbier Festival, at the 2011 edition the young pianist Khatia Buniatishvili shined for her virtuosity, notably in the recital she gave in the church of Verbier, where she recreated the dreamlike atmospheres of Liszt and Chopin. By contrast, together with the Romantics, she chose to performed Stravinsky and Prokofiev.
