This is the fourth film chronicling the challenges and joys of one remarkable woman, Lily, and her life living with down syndrome. This film documents her living situation, interpersonal relationships and activities. Lily narrates along with her mother and support staff. Lily is now 49, still in her apartment and still working but facing troubling new cognitive and physical challenges.
