This 1987 performance features Long John Baldry with his band consisting of Kathi McDonald (Vocals), Joseph Ingraio (keyboards), Papa John King (guitar), David Norris-Elye (saxophone), George Sweetnam (bass), and David Hutcherson (drums). In 1961, Alexis Korner and Cyril Davis formed Blues Incorporated and invited Long John Baldry to join them. Two other faces from that legendary line-up were Mick Jagger and Charlie Watts. Through four decades of living, breathing and above all, playing Blues, R and B and Rock and Roll, Long John Baldry established himself as a legend. He was a testament to his genre. Immensely respected by all the great names in British R and B and even the pop scene he loved his music and loved performing. This DVD brilliantly documents his precious ability.
