Manmadhan is a Tamil romantic thriller film released in 2004, directed by A.J. Murugan and starring Silambarasan Rajendar, Jyotika, and Sindhu Tolani in lead roles. The film was produced by Silambarasan and was based on a screenplay written by Balakumaran. The story is about a charming young man named Arjun (Silambarasan) who is a successful architect living in Chennai. Arjun is a womanizer and has many girlfriends. However, he meets a beautiful girl named Nisha (Jyotika) and falls in love at first sight. But, to his surprise, Nisha rejects his advances.
As the story progresses, Arjun meets four other girls, Sujatha (Sindhu Tolani), Priya (Mandira Bedi), Meera (Yana Gupta), and Shwetha (Atul Kulkarni) who all become victims of his charm. However, Arjun's dalliances with all these women come back to haunt him as they get killed one by one, and Arjun becomes the prime suspect in the murder cases.
The rest of the film is about Arjun's quest to clear his name and find the real culprit who is behind the murders. He sets out to investigate the case himself and uncovers shocking truths about each of these women, which leaves him stunned.
