Nasty Rabbit is a 1964 comedy film by Larry Buchanan, a director known for his low-budget B movies. The film follows the story of a giant white rabbit who is brought to America as part of a secret government experiment. However, things go awry when the rabbit escapes and runs amok in a small town. The film opens with a group of government officials discussing the top-secret experiment involving the rabbit, which has been genetically engineered to grow to giant proportions. The rabbit, named "Harvey," is then transported to America by two bumbling agents, Joe (played by Michael Terr) and Frank (played by Arch Hall Jr.), who are tasked with monitoring the experiment and keeping Harvey under control.

However, things quickly go awry when Harvey escapes from his crate during transport and ends up in a small town. The two agents are then tasked with finding Harvey and bringing him back to the lab before he causes any more havoc.

Along the way, they encounter a number of colorful characters, including Mona (played by Liz Renay), a seductive waitress who becomes involved in the chaos caused by the giant rabbit. The film also features a number of other animal-themed characters, including a trio of bumbling hunters, a chimpanzee named Bonzo, and even a group of nuns who become unwittingly caught up in the chaos.

As Joe and Frank try to track down Harvey, they encounter a number of challenges, including a local sheriff who is skeptical of their story and a sleepy town that is initially unprepared for the chaos caused by the giant rabbit. Together, they must figure out a way to capture Harvey and get him back to the lab before it's too late.

Nasty Rabbit is a classic example of cheesy B-movie hijinks. Despite its low budget and silly premise, the film is actually surprisingly entertaining. The performances are generally over-the-top, but that's to be expected in a film like this. Michael Terr and Arch Hall Jr. have a great dynamic as Joe and Frank, and Liz Renay's Mona is a standout character with her fiery personality and snappy one-liners.

The film also features a number of memorable scenes, including a hilarious sequence where Joe and Frank dress up in ridiculous rabbit costumes to try to lure Harvey out of hiding. The special effects may be dated by today's standards, but they hold up surprisingly well considering the film's age.

Overall, Nasty Rabbit is a fun, silly romp that is sure to entertain fans of B-movies and creature features. It may not be a cinematic masterpiece, but it's hard not to enjoy the sheer ridiculousness of a giant white rabbit wreaking havoc in a small town. If you're looking for a lighthearted comedy with a touch of sci-fi, Nasty Rabbit is worth checking out.
