Successful television journalist Stephanie loses contact with her old professor and decides to go looking for him. Stephanie travels to the Amazon Jungle, where he was last seen and hires two men to help her retrace his steps. The trip through the jungle is tense with wild animal attacks, but turns into a nightmare as they try to evade the blood thirsty natives hunting them down. Now they must find the professor and save themselves before they all die.
