The film stars Donnie Evans as Donnie, Brett Coentile as John, Mike Mozitta as Andy and Michael Ruff as Doug. In addition, the film includes the following people; Kate Leahey as Terry, Chip Barrett as Warden, Jerry Moore as Clyde Cox, Ginger Curl as Helen Cox, Byron Miller as Mike, Gina Stewart as a Mechanic's Wife, Carver Johns as Roy, Mark Scarboro as Wayne, Bob Beaver as Bubba, Paul Barrett as a Fisherman and finally Andy Boswell who plays another fisherman. The characters of the film include: Donnie: On of the protagonist of the film, Donnie is a funny and experienced hunter who is determined to teach his city loving friends a thing or two about deer hunting. Donnie is played by Donnie Evans. Andy: Just your average city boy, Andy relies on Donnie to teach him which end of the gun to shoot. Michael Ruff: A sarcastic man, Michael is determined to prove his manliness by snagging a deer. Doug: One of the members of the hunting foursome, Doug is a typical city dweller who may not have what it takes to stay alive. The plot of this movie is truly horrific and it is centered on a four friends; three city boys who don't know how to operate a gun and an experienced hunter who knows everything about deer hunting. These four friends, despite the incompetence of three of them, decide to go on a hunting trip in the woods so that the city dwellers can learn how to snag a deer. But, a few hours into the trip and all they were able to kill was only one deer
