On Tour: Nile Cruise - Rendezvous With the Pharaohs is a documentary that explores many Egyptian sights and artifacts that were constructed during the reign of the pharaohs. From an armchair view, the movie shows the sphinxes that line the road from Luxor to Kamak, the almost perfect condition of Edfu with its granite falcons still guarding the city and the mummified remains of crocodiles sleeping in the temple of Kom Ombo. Viewers can learn about Egyptian gods, visit the inside of several temples and ride along the Nile to Agilika, the island once known as the pearl of Egypt.
