The Modern Jazz Quartet (MJQ) was composed of Milt 'Bags' Jackson on vibraphone, John Lewis (piano), Percy Heath (bass), and Connie Kay (drums). Jackson and Lewis were pioneer bebop musicians who had played together in Dizzy Gillespie's big band. Stingray DJAZZ Vintage.
