A collection of previously unreleased scorcher bike scenes from China, The Netherlands and Denmark with Director Ted White's commentary. Companion short film to original 1992 film called Return of the Scorcher. In the 1890's before automobiles ruled the roads, bicyclists were referred to as "Scorchers" because of their blazing speed.
