In 'Sakura Petals: The monks' we move out of the beaten path and we go to Kanazawa, that has another one of the top three gardens in Japan and also a temple dedicated to Ninja warriors. From there we go to Takayama, one of the few cities hidden in the Japanese Alps, proof to the old tradition of Japanese carpentry. We end up the tour in the eerie city of Koya San, the world headquarters of the esoteric Buddhist sect, Shingon, a city full of temples and a famous cemetery for the history of Japan.
