Watch She Dreamed That I Died

Many foreigners have visited Brazil, only to wish that they had never set sights on the place after they are arrested for a variety of reasons and thrown into prison. This documentary is an attempt to enable foreigners imprisoned in this country to tell their story to the outside world. None of the prisoners showcased in this film can speak Portuguese, making communication with prison officials as well as their attorneys difficult. All of them feel very powerless, disconnected from their friends and families, and each of them is anxious to find a way out of this hellish existence.
