Johnny Wayne is a young man who has been sentenced to prison for permanently injuring a child during illegal car racing. Johnny tells himself that he will never engage in street racing after this event. When Johnny is released from prison, he begins to work at a local scrap yard with Travis, whom he has known since childhood. Johnny has changed his lifestyle, and has become a respectable citizen, but his probation officer attempts to blackmail him in to illegal street car racing.
