Clearly riding on a high from the adrenaline of releasing their fifth album 'In The Belly Of The Brazen Bull' (and rightly so, it's an absolute monster) the band of brothers were on top form as they whipped up an early storm among their committed army of fans with gritty-punk opener 'Glitters Like Gold', and kept the momentum going with the shout-along charms of 'Come On, Be a No One', 'I'm A Realist' and of course their irresistible pop-punk gem, 'Hey Scenesters!'. Longtime fan or not, it's safe to say that every person in Troxy was in the back of the Jarman boy's communal pocket by the end of the night. So maybe there was no reason at all to be concerned about the longevity of their success; the Cribs are still playing epically satisfying punk-pop music.
