The film is presented in Chinese with English subtitles, and features a full performance along with individual sequences that break down the techniques. This video may be an interesting introduction for beginners, but those with some experience in the field will certainly be able to appreciate the advanced material that Sifu presents in this unique demonstration of the stylistic fist method. Keeping a calm state of mind is certainly emphasized while presenting techniques designed to use an opponent's momentum against them.
