Tupac Shakur is one of the most dominant figures in the history of hip hop. His recording career lasted just five years from 1991 to his murder in a drive-by shooting in 1996 but established a body of work of an exceptionally high standard which achieved massive commercial success. Since his death there have been a number of posthumous film releases variously purporting to tell the "story" of Tupac Shakur through interviews and documentary footage. This film release is different. It captures the sheer raw excitement of Tupac live in concert. The whole of the concert at the House Of Blues is included, kicking off with Tupac's set, then Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound and then Tupac and Snoop together for the two track finale. Definitely not for the faint hearted, the show contains Tupac delivering his strongly held opinions direct to the audience and Snoop holding forth on sex and drugs with his usual gathering of suitably dressed women
