The main event of the night was a TLC match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship between the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) and Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. The match had all kinds of weapons, including tables, ladders, and chairs. The Kabuki Warriors had been dominating the division for quite some time and were looking to continue their reign by defeating two of WWE's biggest stars. Lynch and Flair, on the other hand, were looking to become the first-ever two-time champions in the division. The match was full of high spots and intense action, with all four women putting their bodies on the line in pursuit of the gold.

Another noteworthy match was a TLC match for the WWE Championship between Bray Wyatt (as The Fiend) and The Miz. Wyatt had won the championship just a month earlier and was looking to cement his legacy as one of WWE's most dominant champions.
