Akbar Birbal is a historical television series which focuses on the tales of King Akbar, who was known for his wisdom and justice, and his trusted advisor Birbal, who was equally clever and humorous. In season 1 episode 10, titled Ghode Ka Asli Malik Koun, the viewers are presented with an interesting story of deception and wit.
The episode begins with a wealthy merchant named Raichand arriving at Akbar's court and claiming to be the legitimate owner of a prized horse, which had been stolen from him by a group of bandits. The horse had now ended up in the possession of a poor farmer named Kallu, who had no idea about its true value and simply used it for his daily chores.
Upon hearing Raichand's story, Akbar decides to summon Kallu to his court and ask him to return the horse to its rightful owner. However, Birbal intervenes and suggests that they play a game to determine who the real owner is. He proposes that both Raichand and Kallu should be given a chance to ride the horse and whoever can make the horse stop precisely at a certain point in the forest, without using any ropes or reins, will be declared as the true owner.
Akbar agrees to the game and Raichand confidently gets on the horse, hoping to showcase his expertise in riding. However, much to his surprise and embarrassment, the horse stubbornly refuses to budge and does not move even an inch, despite his best efforts. Kallu then takes his turn and smoothly rides the horse towards the forest, while Birbal closely observes him.
Once they reach the designated point, Birbal asks Kallu how he managed to control the horse so effortlessly, to which Kallu replies that he simply whispered a few words in its ear about taking it back home to his wife and children. Birbal then reveals the truth to Akbar and Raichand, stating that the horse had actually been trained by Kallu himself and that he was its true master, not Raichand who was simply a con artist trying to steal it for his own gain.
Akbar is impressed by Birbal's cleverness and orders for Kallu to be rewarded for his honesty and ingenuity. Raichand, on the other hand, is punished for his deception and warned to not try such trickery again.
Overall, this episode showcases the importance of honesty and fairness, and how even the most seemingly insignificant people can prove to be wise and resourceful. The chemistry between Akbar and Birbal is also highlighted, with Birbal constantly challenging Akbar's assumptions and coming up with innovative solutions to problems. The episode is entertaining, educational, and leaves a lasting impression on the viewers.
