After the Party is the fourth episode of the second season of BoJack Horseman. The episode picks up right after the events of the previous episode, with BoJack waking up in bed next to a groupie and realizing he's missed the first day of filming for his new movie. In an attempt to make things right, BoJack throws a massive party at his house and invites everyone he knows, including his co-stars and his old flame, Charlotte.

As the night goes on, tensions rise between BoJack and his co-star, Mr. Peanutbutter, who is always trying to one-up him. Meanwhile, Todd and Diane team up to play a prank on BoJack, and Princess Carolyn tries to mend fences with an old friend.

Throughout the episode, there are flashbacks to the previous night, showing how each of the characters ended up at BoJack's party. We see Princess Carolyn struggling with personal issues, Mr. Peanutbutter getting into a fight with his wife, and Diane trying to deal with a writer's block.

As the party winds down, BoJack finds himself alone with Charlotte, and the two have a heart-to-heart about their past and their future. The episode ends on a somewhat hopeful note, with BoJack realizing that he needs to take responsibility for his actions and start making amends.

After the Party is a complex and emotionally charged episode that delves deep into the relationships between the characters. It touches on themes of regret, forgiveness, and the struggle to make meaningful connections in a world that often feels hollow and empty. Fans of the series will appreciate the episode's dark humor and biting social commentary, as well as its willingness to tackle weighty topics in a nuanced and mature way.
